· MSE wall structure solutions for Highways, Marine, Defense, Infrastructure projects.
· Various Woven & Non-woven geotextile applications
· Geotextile Tubes and related containment & land reclamation solutions.
· PVC coated and Galvanized Gabion wall solutions.
· Sub-base stabilization and Ground Improvement by Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD / Band Drain)

The Journey Begins
The journey from being a product-manufacturer to that of a system-solution-provider for the complete life cycle of a project in this specialized sector, has been consistent with Techfab's ever-readiness to respond with more comprehensive offerings.The main activities of TechFab India Project Division centers around design, provision and installation of Reinforced Soil Wall (MSE), Soil-nailing, Shored Walls (In-situsoil reinforcement), Gabion Walls, and related accessories including geotextiles, geogrids. TechFab India Project Division is equipped to also take up MSE wall rehabilitation projects.
Techfab India now engages a robust team of over 200 professionals across its various decisions, namely, Design Engineering, Project Management, Site Execution & Supervision, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Contracts.

Service Spectrum
TechFab India Project Division, is poised to participate in projects that involve design and build concept, except direct civil works. The business model encompasses the capability to provide value-add in services through efficient design and construction management. Signature products & accessories are delivered to the project, our experienced engineers and technicians supervise the activities like pre-casting and erection thus being actively involved in executing the works.

Project Approach
Equipped with resources and infrastructure for execution of projects in an EPC model, the Techfab team is ready to deliver through the following stages of a typical project:
FEASIBILITY STUDY: site evaluation, technical assessment and preliminary cost estimates to clients.
TENDER PREPARATION & DOCUMENTATION: preliminary design drawings, specifications, information and education in construction techniques to contractors.
FINAL DESIGN: detailed design and construction drawings are prepared once Reinforced SOIL is established as the most economic and viable solution.
CONSTRUCTION @ SITE: supply of materials to the successful bidder, installation, on-site technical assistance and training for contractors and owners, audit and inspections where requested.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: coordination of delivery schedules, expert advice throughout the construction process, project scheduling to assure timely completion of site work and prevention of construction delays.
DESIGN-BUILD: complete turnkey design-build services for major construction projects involving multiple structures and a range of engineering requirements.
