Urbanization and industrialization has lead to concentration of human settlement at urban centers, which are the hub of the commercial activities. this has led to the scarcity of land for the further development in these areas.

To match the increasing human population, urbanization and industrialization there is urgent requirement for the construction of highest quality infrastructure in the varying topographical conditions.
