Flexible Rope Net System

TechRhombus high tensile rope net system is made out of high tensile steel wire ropes with tensile strength of more than 1960 N/mm2 which is a superior alternative to conventional rockfall protection system. High Tensile rope net system works in combination with or without bearing plates and other elements like top & bottom support ropes, wire rope anchors and soil nails. TechRhombuscan be used for both active and passive rockfall protection system.

TechRhombus high tensile rope net system is available in two types of junctions:

  • High Resistance Clip (HRC)
  • Steel Wire Knot (SWK)

Special Features

  • Superior Strength: TechRhombus is available up to a 280 kN/m & available in three different mesh openings of 250 x 250 mm,   300 x 300 mm & 400 x 400 mm with rope diameters of 8mm & 10 mm.
  • Corrosion Protection: TechRhombus with Galfan coating (95%Zn/5%Al) offers superior corrosion protection lasts longer than conventional systems in highly corrosive environment. Tech Rhombus is also available in Galvanized coating (Zinc Class A& Zinc Class B).
  • Value for Money:With its superior strength compared to other systems, it significantly reduces the installation cost by reducing the no of rockbolts.
  • Easy to Install: Lightweight TechRhombus system comes in a compact roll which ensures easy installation & can be unrolled from the top of the slope with ease.
