Gabion walls are an effective and durable solution for mass gravity retaining walls, providing resistance to lateral earth pressures through their own weight.  TechFab Gabions are made of double-twisted hexagonal wire mesh, filled with stones at the site to form flexible and permeable earth retaining structures. The porosity of gabions prevents pore-water pressure development behind the wall, making them a superior option to conventional retaining walls.
